We believe that student housing creates a campus environment that extends the growth and connection of the One College experience far beyond their time in class.
We are excited for the opportunity to provide housing options for our One College students. We are partnering with The Royse Apartments in Royse City, Texas where our students will live in 3 bedroom apartments.
Each unit will house 2 students per bedroom and will have an approved Resident Assistant living at the apartment. All utilities are included in price.
